Finn Wins
Highlander would like to say a massive congratulations to Finn Harrod, our sponsored cyclist, on his recent medal at the National Scottish Track Championship.
Finn competed at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome on the 12th November where 26 competitors took part in the 20km scratch race. That’s cycling 80 laps of the velodrome! All competitors in a scratch race start together and race to the finish line. There were a few collisions during the race, but thankfully Finn was able to avoid these. Finn’s hard work and determination won him 3rd place and his first senior age category medal…Well Done Finn!
Finn is now concentrating on his next event at the end of January where he will compete in Manchester at the British National Track Cycling Championships. Best of luck Finn!
