“Hannay to Highlander”
We recently came across an old news article about John W Hannay Waste Paper & Recycling. They were Scotland’s largest wastepaper processing firm for 100 years!
As some of you may remember, Hannay’s used to be the owners of our depot here in East Kilbride. The depot was built in 1964 and was the first ever purpose built waste paper processing plant in Europe!
We are proud to have returned the depot to its former glory and ensure that it is being used for its original purpose, 55 years later!
