Highlander have a long standing relationship with Huhtamaki Paper Recycling “one of Ireland’s largest paper recyclers and when they asked us to donate to their latest charity endeavour we were delighted to do so….just so long as we were not asked to take part!
To raise money for The Make a Wish Foundation, (More info at www.make-a-wish.org.uk) the Huhtamaki team thought doing an abseil down the side of the Europa Hotel on the 24th of April 2016 would be as good a way of doing this as any!
We are pleased to inform everyone that the day was a success, all participants safely navigated the abseil and the team raised £2,500 for a very worthwhile cause! We at Highlander are not so daring as the Huhtamaki crew so news of our risk-free sponsored silence, will be posted to the web-site shortly! J
