Our paper drop-off service is available to both businesses and individuals looking to have their waste paper and old documents shredded and recycled by a team of professionals. All you need to do is fill a bag with your paper for shredding and bring them along to our East Kilbride shredding centre. Any household bag can be used, making the process nice and easy for you.
We also have fully recyclable self-sealing confidential waste bags available for £1.15 per bag. When you return the filled bags it’s £2.30 for document drop off shredding.
Documents and papers are shredded the same day. You can also watch as your documents are shredded from our viewing area.
For extra peace of mind, we can also supply a certificate of destruction for an additional £1.15.

Our public drop off service is available Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.

We operate 3 industrial shredders, with a combined shredding capacity of 8 tonnes of paper per hour, so no need for the monotonous and time-consuming job of shredding documents at home. And once shredded 100% of your materials are recycled.
HOW DOES OUR DROP-OFF SHREDDING SERVICE WORK?
On arrival at our East Kilbride site, you will notice the Public Drop-Off sign and a dedicated parking area, marked with yellow lines at the front of the building. All you need to do is park up and press the buzzer – one of our confidential waste disposal experts will arrange for your bags to be taken away for shredding.

You will be charged £2.30 per bag (typically a bin bag or carrier bag) or box of paper or documents and given a receipt for your records.

This will also include a “declaration of destruction”, which will be signed by your shredding advisor as a guarantee that your paper drop-off will be destroyed securely and responsibly.

If you would like to see your documents being shredded, we can take you to our viewing area. Here you can watch your confidential papers shredded and baled.

We can provide a certificate of destruction for extra verification and security. The certificate is sent to you on completion of shredding and has an additional charge of £1.15.

We have self-sealing confidential waste bags available to securely store your paperwork between drop-offs. These super-strong bags are only £1.15 each and then a further £2.30 when you return to shred your paperwork.
