Our costs are so competitive, we often find that new customers would like to switch to our shredding services immediately. However, when they speak with their existing shredding supplier, they are unknowingly bound into a contract. Usually, you must give termination notice 3 months before your contract expiry date. Many shredding companies will auto-renew your contract. So what was initially a 3-year contract, will roll into a 6-years. All this happens without even contacting you!
At Highlander, we contact every customer before your contract renewal and personally discuss a new contract with you!
We can offer help and guidance when you speak with your existing supplier to end your contract. We can even provide buy out assistance, should you wish to terminate your contract early.

We carry out all of our paper and document shredding in a secure, CCTV-monitored paper Shredding Centre. This means you won’t have to endure noisy, messy or polluting shredding trucks on or near your premises. All papers and documents are shredded to EN15713 standards.
